Cancellation Policy
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
*Permanent cosmetics services will be charged a non-refundable 50% reservation fee/deposit for each service (to be applied towards the service or collected in full in the event of a cancellation any time after booking). Deposits are non-transferable.
